What We Need Topics

What we do is to capture high-level topics (or rather what we term as Eatwells) on matters governing diet and which we consider essential to know, read, and take action. Just to put you in a mode:

  • Diet Strategies and Tactics: Provide suggestions to the potential kinds of health trends like Keto, Paleo, vegan, Mediterranean, or intermittent fasting. State their strengths, weaknesses, and findings of evidence.
  • Nutrition Tips: Give tips that would be applied in planning meals, the quantity of food consumed, or adding foods with nutrients to daily routines.
  • Weight Control: Give them ideas on how to lose or to control their weight healthily; that is, focus on sustainable styles rather than crash diets.
  • Special Diets: Take special diets that are used for special needs, such as gluten-free, low-carb diet, or diets used in treatment of some cases, such as diabetes or heart diseases.
  • Myth-Busters: Dispel popular diet fable or illusion with the help of evidence-based information.
  • Meal Plan Ideas and Recipes: Provide healthy, delicious recipes that fit certain dietary requirements with nutritional comments.
  • Lifestyle and Wellness: Tell how diet goes well with exercise, mental health, and whole life being fit in a balanced approach.

Anyone can come up with his or her ideas! We welcome creative and original ideas on such topics as diet and nutrition.

Submission Guidelines

To avoid difficulties with the submission, please follow the following:

  • Word Count: An ideal word count would be about 700 words, whereby you should be more concise and detailed at the same time. They must be well organized and have headings and subheadings, a flow sequence.
  • Unpublished: The submitted work must be entirely original, and it should not have been printed. Ready-made essays or machine writings will not be tolerated.
  • Tone and Style: Use a conversation tone, promptly professional. The material must be interesting, readable, and jargon-free unless clearly spelled out in a jargon-free language.
  • Evidence-Based Information: Supporting the statements with trustworthy sources, i.e., scientific reports or advice of professionals. Make addenda where they are necessary.
  • Format: Send in markdown or plain-text. Put a catchy title, introduction, and conclusion. Make reading easily understood by dividing text by bullet points, lists, or short paragraphs.
  • Bio and Links: Along with the submission, include a bio of yourself, about 50-100 words in length. You can add one or two related links to your site, blog, or social media accounts.
  • Images (Optional): In case you want to put images, use royalty-free images or you have permission to use the image. Give some sources of images or descriptions.
